Ducky Derby: Race to Read

It takes a community to complete a Library and it takes a Library to complete a community. KCRX 102.3fm and TLC Federal Credit Union, excited to support the Friends of Seaside Library held a Ducky Derby! The Ducky Derby was organized to raise funds for the Friends of Seaside Library's Furnishings project.

Before the ducky derby, was the Duck-A-Thon! Sponsored by Bradwood Landing and The Shilo!

Then came RACE DAY and LOTs of Winners! The Ducky Derby Race to Read!

Sponsors included: Seaside Library, Star Furniture, Seaside Factory Outlet Mall, Advanced Collision Repair, the Seaside Carousel Mall, Taste of Tuscany or TLC Federal Credit Union in Seaside Seaside Pet Clinic, Papa Jacks Farm and Pet, Shilo Inn in Seaside and Bradwood Landing!

Our community has worked very hard to make this new Library a wonderful oasis for our young people to learn and read. Thank you to our community for the support to make this project work!
